Lead Transport and Installation Engineer
The Lead Transport and Installation Engineer will be responsible for expanding our current services offering, to include Transport and Installation management and analysis for offshore windfarms.
Working within our specialist engineering team, you will manage T&I analysis work scopes.
Lead Fabrication Engineer
The Lead Fabrication Engineer will be responsible for expanding our current services offering, to include fabrication management for offshore windfarms.
Working within our project delivery team, you will work directly with our clients to negotiate and manage foundations fabrication contracts.
Lead Geotechnical Engineer
The Lead Geotechnical Engineer for Empire Engineering is in a Client facing role, working on a range of offshore wind projects. You will be expected to specify and manage site surveys and laboratory testing programmes on behalf of Clients, as well as perform geotechnical interpretation of soils feeding into soil structure interaction models for foundations design.
Responsibility will include carrying out and/or analysing driveability assessments. We see this as a role that has both project management aspects, both internally to Empire Engineering, as well as managing external projects for Clients.
Principal/Senior Structural Engineers
The Principal/Senior Structural Engineers for Empire Engineering is in a client facing role, working on a range of
world leading offshore wind projects.
They are expected to perform various analyses relating to the design of offshore wind turbine foundations,
including hand calculations, finite element analysis and fatigue analysis, to applicable codes and standards.
They are also expected to be involved with project management, both internally to Empire, as well as
managing external projects for Clients. There is potential for secondments to Client offices to be offered.
